Luna Vida is an intentional wellness space that offers custom herbal facials, restorative massage as well as prenatal, birth and postpartum support. We work hard on our community care by encouraging relaxation from the stress and demands of the world.
Our studio is located in the beautiful Historic Y off University Blvd and due to the historic nature of the location, there is no elevator to our second floor studio.

With a strong emphasis on treating the body as a whole, we provide grounding, calming and sensory treatments to allow your body to relax and restore.
Offering our popular Buccal (intraoral) Facial, Lymphatic Flow Facial and custom herbal facials. All of our facials have the opportunity to add on gua sha, facial cupping, hydrojelly masks, extra time needed for extractions as well as silent appointments. We are proud to use organic plant based products that are free of any synthetic fragrances.
birthwork
As a multi-trained professional, we provide traditional birthwork (doula) support in the prenatal, birth, postpartum period as well as peer breastfeeding support. Our work is grounded in traditional medicine and offers a holistic approach to caring for the body in this delicate time. This continuous work of emotional, informative and physical support provides an invaluable experience in the childbearing years.

bodywork
Providing intuitive and healing massage, our space offers a rejuvenating experience for chronically depleted and overstimulated people. With an emphasis on restorative massage we incorporate lymphatic drainage as well as craniosacral therapy and individualized flower essence therapy to provide treatments for relaxation and care from the stress and demands of the world.
